EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

The nature of my collections is up-cycled, vintage hand crafted S.L.O.W

Imperfections and flaws in fabric weave and design are an integral part of my collections and characteristic of its charm.

I refer to my collections as PERFECTLY IMPERFECT. The very nature of what I offer is not aimed for perfectionists but ‘VINTAGE LOVERS’ before shipping I check each garment thoroughly and highlight any imperfections which may be visually obvious. I will send you photographs of any flaws to approve before shipping; If any flaws are spotted as well as my personal advice.

I'm happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving parcel.

Except on Pre-order or sale items.

Packets shipped back will need to be at your own expense and need to be trackable and received before refunds are issued. Refunds will not be issued for Lost or damaged items.

SHIPPING

All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created ; please be sure to provide your correct and full and current shipping address at time of purchase to avoid loss and misplacement of packages.

CARING FOR YOUR ITEM

Always Handle with love and treat your garments like the friends that they are

I recommend dry cleaning, spot cleaning, and hand washing cool, to keep your item beautiful and vibrant.
I also advise against ironing.
It’s better to steam clothes and air dry
