We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 7 days (the value of refund will exclude shipping costs.) and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 14 days.

Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size, if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made to return an item.
 
1. In order to return an item, please email shop@gia-london.com with the subject RETURNS written in the subject box.

State in the main body of the email that you wish to return the item. You will need to include your order number, name and address stating in as much detail a possible the reason for the return, and obtain a customer returns reference number. (this will be sent to you once we have all the necessary information)

2. Complete the returns form that was enclosed with your package, clearly stating your name, order number and including the reason for return. This reference number emailed to you will need to be included within the parcel being returned. Please post your return back to us within the original packaging.

3. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as Gia London cannot accept responsibility for items not received.

* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

4. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund will be actioned.

5. Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement.

Important Returns Information
Gia London will not accept returns for items returned outside of the 7 day return period for refunds or  the 14 day return period for exchanges, or items that have been worn, marked or where the Gia London tag has been removed (unless the item is faulty).

The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with the completed returns documentation enclosed. Please note that items returned worn, with perfume or deodorant stains and/or odour, washed, or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 14 day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

In some cases, where Royal Mail has been unable to secure a signature on delivery, the order will be taken to to a Royal Mail postal office. If the customer does not collect the order, or arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail, the order will usually be returned to Gia London. Gia London will resend the order to the customer, at the customer’s expense. However, the 14 day returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of redelivery.

If you have received a faulty item, or the item is not what you originally ordered, please email shop@gia-london.com with RETURNS in subject title quoting your order number, name and address, product details and the reason for return. Please also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then respond via email on how to proceed with your return's.
