You don't HAVE to register with Gia London, but are encouraged to.

Setting up an account will allow you to track your parcels and manage your orders; we will keep your address details in the account making it faster to checkout. You can also build your own personal wish list and you will be joined onto our mailing list to receive up and coming styles and promotions.

After this you can change your password to one you will remember, simply go into your account information and tick the box to change it.

Gia London accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro credit and debit cards.

 We use a secure checkout system to ensure all card details are safe, we will also run checks on your billing address to make sure the cardholder matches up to the one using it.

We also recommend the cardholder registers with: MasterCard, SecureCode or Verified by Visa, all are online card security systems which will prompt you for a password when checking out. To set up an account all you need to do is contact your bank or card issuer and they will register your card.

 We have provided you with a size reference chart but we know that there is nothing like trying things on for that extra assurance.
Before you purchase an item we would recommend you to call or send us an email for some helpful style and fit guidance.
We design the garments, we wear the garments, we want to look our best in the garments and its important to us that you do too.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Aramex Addresses due to security reasons.

Standard Delivery for UK is 5-7 working days, EU and Channel Islands and rest of the World is 5-10 working days, deliveries Monday to Friday only.

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES and any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis; this is managed by our carriers on a ‘pay on delivery’ basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

You will receive your courier/post office tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. You can track the item by following the information provided in the email.

Yes a signature will be required as proof of delivery for all orders. If the order cannot be delivered, i.e. you are not available to sign for the goods, then the parcel will go back to the local Royal Mail/Courier service centre, a calling card will be left telling you how you can arrange a re-delivery or local pick up.

Please note if your parcel is damaged upon arrival then we recommend you refuse delivery and contact Customer services and let them know.

Please note all items returned should be new, unused with all tags still attached. We recommend you return your items in the original packaging to protect it.

We do not refund the postage costs for unwanted items being sent back. If you have received a faulty item please make sure you state this on your paperwork and if we accept this as a manufacturing fault we will contact you to refund your postage.

Returning your items by special delivery will insure the goods up to £500 and will be claimable against lost of damaged parcels, this will also provide a safe delivery to our website returns team.

You will also be given a tracking number in order to track the whereabouts of your parcel, we ask you keep onto this until your exchange/refund has been done.

Gia London will not be liable for any items that do not arrive, or cannot provide proof of delivery.

Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction;

you will receive an updated email, as confirmation of your return. Please allow up to 10 working days for the amount to clear onto your card after refunding

You can exchange your item within 14 days by sending it back to us via our Website returns address, please clearly state on your paperwork what size or colour you want to exchange too and we will ship this out to you free of charge.

All VAT Taxes are included in the cost of the garment.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
